- Fostering a dog is rewarding.
- Fostering a dog offers the company of canines to those unable to make a long-term commitment.
If you have decided that you want to become a pet foster parent. That is awesome! Providing foster care for dogs will certainly be a very rewarding experience, but it will just as likely be emotionally challenging. Sending a successful foster to his forever home is bittersweet because you will be saying goodbye to a friend, but will also be sending him or her to a forever home.
